Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REPAIRS

Please examine your items closely upon arrival. Items may be returned in an unworn and unused condition with complete packaging for 14 days after delivery at the customer's expense. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed for items that have been misused or improperly washed and/or dried. Please email customerservice@trulycharis.com for return authorization approval prior to returning your item/s.

Returns will be available to the original purchaser only. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued once we receive and examine the item/s.

90 DAY GUARANTEE: We guarantee the workmanship of all of our products for 90 days. Defective items will be exchanged or repaired at our discretion within 90 days of purchase. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us to discuss any issues. Exchanges and repairs are not allowed due to issues arising from misuse of item or improper washing and drying.

We only accept refunds, returns, exchanges or repairs for orders placed directly through our website or invoiced directly by Truly Charis.
